okay. I am here with the fabulous and amazing Sherry Sutton. We just recorded an episode of Captivate the Mic. Sherry. So excited to have you. Love being here. We had so much fun on the podcast. I can't wait for everyone to listen to it. Yes. And we talked about the whole process with your amazing TED talk. Can you just tell us the name, which I think is so like juicy. Yeah. So the name of my Ted talk was how Facebook saved my life and started an authenticity revolution. And what we talked about on the podcast was how I got there and what, how I set the intention to do that in my life and decided I was going to manifest it, but you can't manifest anything without taking a whole lot of action. So it's really what we focused on in the podcast. So I'm excited to let everybody listen. Yeah. I am too, because it is. Juicy, you tell it beautifully. And it was some motivation I really needed to hear today. I just, I love that. Sure. And I know you do this too. I tell, I always tell my clients you never know who needs to hear your story today. Like you just never know how something that's yeah, I got over this thing could be a lifeline. For somebody else who's struggling. So yeah, I am. I am so excited to release this.
